
๐๐ฎ๐๐, ๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ ๐, ๐๐๐๐- President Salva Kiir Mayardit and the visiting Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni have underlined the importance of enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries. The two leaders in their meeting also addressed the current political and security development in South Sudan and the entire region.
South Sudan’s Foreign Minister Ramadan Mohammed Abdallah Goc, says the meeting aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between Juba and Kampala, focusing on fostering cooperation in various sectors. He said the meeting also addressed the pressing political developments currently unfolding in the country.
Meanwhile, Ugandan Minister of State for Foreign Affairs in charge of Regional Cooperation John Mulimba, said the meeting touched on peace and security in the two countries and the region.
Officials say the talks are expected to lead to collaborative initiatives that will strengthen ties and enhance stability in the region.
