The meeting aimed at aligning the work of the Office of the Senior Envoy for Specil Programs with ongoing initiatives in the tourism and wildlife sector.
Both officials discussed targeted interventions that can directly boost conservation efforts, enhance community participation and advance sustainable tourism across South Sudan.
According to the two leaders, improved coordination between their offices is essential for addressing key challenges affecting wildlife protection, eco-tourism growth and community-based conservation initiatives.
The discussion between the officials also explored areas where Special Programs can provide technical and logistical support to ongoing projects within the sector.
