Police in Northern Bahr el Ghazal state have arrested two men red-handed, accused of counterfeiting dollars in Aweil Town, Aweil East, and Aweil West Counties.

According to Maj. Gen. Philip Madut Tong Ajongo, the state commissioner of police, the suspects are Mayor Achinbai and Deng Nek, who were found exchanging counterfeit dollars.

He says the investigation is underway while warning traders to be vigilant when dealing with dollar exchanges.
