Special Court Adjourns Hearing on Nasir Incident to October 3rd

The Special Court hearing on the Nasir Incident was adjourned on Wednesday after the prosecution requested additional time. Prosecutors cited the lead investigator’s fatigue following the recording of witness statements against four accused persons.

Despite objections raised by the defense, the presiding judge granted the adjournment and scheduled the next hearing for Friday, October 3, 2025.

The case, which has drawn significant public attention, continues to progress amid mounting legal arguments between the prosecution and defense.
