President Kiir Returns from UAE Visit JUBA, South Sudan — President Salva Kiir Mayardit has returned to Juba after a five-day official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where he held high-level discussions focused on strengthening development and economic cooperation between the two nations. During the visit, President Kiir engaged with UAE leaders and investors to explore opportunities in key sectors such as infrastructure, trade, energy, and agriculture — part of ongoing efforts to attract foreign investment and boost South Sudan’s economic growth.
