Juba, South Sudan – Renowned artist DJ-Cent Mr. No Rest held a productive meeting with Hon. Bush Buse, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports in the Central Equatoria State (CES), to explore potential areas of collaboration aimed at strengthening the music industry in South Sudan.
